Ralph Nader IS still a douche!

I just watched him announce his candidacy for president on “Meet the Press.” Tim Russert pretty much told him he’ll be reviled by Democrats from coast to coast, and then showed the Florida vote numbers from the Bush/Gore fiasco, where Nader’s foolishness cost Gore the election.

Grrrrrr.

AAAACCCCKKKKK!!!!

I don’t think he’s relevant. It’s a different time than it was 8 years ago – and people will need to hear more than what he has to offer.

I used to admire this guy…. now I just see him as a washed up wanna-be. I understand his desire for there to be a true outsider in the race, but he must realize that there is something tangible about a candidate who truly inspires people. If someone can get people excited about where our country might go next (especially after the cultural toilet it’s been in for the past 8 years), then Nader should allow such positivity to thrive, rather than potentially derailing it.

Yes. A grassroots blogging campaign that highlights his doucheness so no potential Dem voters will vote for him would be a good idea. Keep ‘em coming!

You know, this election feels different to me. It feels like there are a lot of people who want change…and a lot more people than usual who are actually thinking about the issues and who the candidates are. I mean, I never would have thought John McCain would be leading in any party. And the most popular Democrats speak for themselves.

So I don’t know, I think more people are going to be voting, and less people are going to be taken in by third party candidates. It’s just a feeling I’ve got.

Hope I’m right!
